Our handcrafted products are made with care, love, and skill. Each item is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, or texture – that’s the beauty of handmade! Due to this uniqueness, our return policy for handicrafts is a little special.

🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • The product received is very different from the description.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product

  • The product looks slightly different due to lighting or screen resolution

  • The item has been used, washed, or altered

  • Custom-made or personalized items

📸 Proof Required

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will happily send a replacement free of cost

  • Shipping charges for the exchange will be covered by us

💸 Refund Policy

  • We generally do not offer cash refunds unless the item was never delivered or is out of stock

  • In approved refund cases, the amount will be returned via bank transfer or mobile wallet

  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we’ll pay for return shipping

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs
